ESSENTIAL TREMOR RESEARCH

The work of Dr. Elan Louis on Essential Tremor has been cited in the New York Times as “pioneering” and he is considered to be the leading ET scholar in the world. Research associates from Dr. Louis’ Essential Tremor initiatives, which is housed in Yale School of Medicine’s Movement Disorder Division, will discuss two of his current research projects:

Current Research on Cognition in Essential Tremor
presented by postgraduate research associates
Brittany Rohl and Kathleen Collins

GABA Imaging of Essential Tremor
presented by research associate Nora Hernandez, MD

Both presentations will include the research and concepts that inspired the study, methodologies employed, what it takes to participate, and how to get involved in a study if you’re interested.
