Managing the Emotional Impact of Essential Tremor

At this meeting we’ll discuss how Essential Tremor affects our lives and how to  manage the emotional aspects of that.

Lisa Taylor-Austin, NCC, LPC, LMHC, CFMHE, CFBA has served the greater Milford, CT area since 2002. She provides professional counseling and psychotherapy to individuals (children and adults) needing support, coping skills, psycho-education and interpersonal resolutions. She uses an eclectic approach of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Reality Therapy (RT), Rational-Emotive Behavioral Therapy (REBT), Client-Centered therapy and Psycho-Education.
